Symptoms

Thanks for coming back!

Today I would like to briefly talk about the symptoms of the Coronavirus.

First off the symptoms can appear anywhere from 2-14 days after exposure.

Novel Coronavirus Outbreak (2019-nCoV). Symptoms* of Novel Coronavirus. Patients with 2019-nCoV have reportedly had mild to severe respiratory illness with symptoms of: Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath. *Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure. If you have been in China within the past 2 weeks and develop symptoms, call your doctor. CDC logo. www.cdc.gov/nCoV

I would also like to speak about how this virus can spread. It is spread mainly from person to person. So this virus is airborne which makes it practically very easy to contract. So close contact with one another (6 feet). Also of course with the sneezing and coughing going on it is very easy con contract it (Through respiratory droplets).

Some common questions you might me wondering?

Can someone spread the virus without being sick?

The answer is yes. People are usually the most symptomatic when they are (the sickest) So anyone that has been relatively close to a human being that was near this virus, STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Also some people have stated that can attract the (COVID-19) by touching a surface that has come in contact with the virus, then of course by touching your own nose, mouth eyes, etc.

How easy does this virus spread?

What people need to remember is that this virus is new. It has just popped up recently so of course we are not going to know every little thing about it for a while now. So this virus can spread so easily if not properly quarantined. Some people have said that they are not sure how to contracted the virus when they have not been anywhere close to an infected area.

Join me next week as we discuss, treatment, prevention.
